1.1 You will be able to access most areas of this Website without registering your details with us. Certain areas of this Website are only open to you if you register.

2. ORDERING FROM US
2.1 You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered.
2.2 Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.
2.3 We may refuse in our discretion to accept an order:
1. where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
2. if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
3. if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
4. where goods ordered by you are not available.
Where we do not accept your order but have processed your payment, we will re-credit your account with any amount deducted by us from your debit or credit card as soon as possible, but in any event within 30 days of your order. We will not be obliged to pay any additional amount as compensation for disappointment.
3.1 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT, but we shall show VAT separately and include it in the total price.
3.2 Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website.
3.3 Prices are subject to any alteration in VAT.
4. DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
4.1 We will deliver goods ordered by you as soon as possible to the address you give us for delivery, but in any event within 7 days of your order, depending on your country.
4.2 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing, at our contact address, of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
4.3 If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 7 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 10 days of our maximum delivery period of 7 from the date on which you ordered the goods.
4.4 Delivery charges within UK: Free. We are using ‘Royal Mail 2:nd class Signed For’ for leather BagPods, leather accessories and handbags and ‘Royal Mail 2:nd class’ for all other products.
4.5 Worldwide delivery charges £8.95. Delivery times can vary depending on the destination country. We aim to have goods with you within 5-10 working days. Overseas items ship via Air Mail/Royal Mail. Heavier overseas multiple orders might be sent in two or more parcels.
5. PRODUCT LIABILITY
5.1 If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing at our contact address of the problem within 5 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.
5.2 If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:
1. to make good any shortage or non-delivery;
2. to replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective; or
3. to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question in whatever way we choose.
5.3 Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem you notify to us under this condition and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
5.4 You must observe and comply with all applicable regulations and legislation, including obtaining all necessary customs, import or other permits to purchase goods from our site. The importation or exportation of certain of our goods to you may be prohibited by certain national laws. We make no representation and accept no liability in respect of the export or import of the goods you purchase.
5.5 Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights you might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to you for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
6. CANCELLATION OF CONTRACTS FOR GOODS AND RETURNS POLICY FOR CONSUMERS ONLY
6.1 This section applies to consumers only (and not to businesses or other organisations) who order goods.
6.2 If you wish to cancel your order:
1. you can notify us by email to email@example.com before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
2. where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 4.2 above.
6.3 You can return goods, undamaged, unused and in it’s original packaging, for any reason within 7 days of receipt for a full refund less P&P. The cost of returning the bought products shall be borne by you, the customer.
6.4 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid for the product less P&P.
7.1 You are not permitted to copy, print and download extracts from this Website without prior permission.
7.2 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website (including without limitation photographs and graphical images) are owned by us or our licensors. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, any use of such material other than in accordance with this clause for any purpose is prohibited. If you breach any of the terms in these terms and conditions, your permission to use such material automatically terminates and you must immediately destroy any such material.
